Notice of Change to WRASAC Women’s Support Service
Following a detailed review of our support service, increasing demand for support and growing waiting lists we have had to take some difficult decisions to free our staff up to be able to provide more direct support to survivors of rape, sexual abuse and / or exploitation. From the 1st of September 2018 we will no longer be providing helpline or drop in support.
However, we will continue to offer planned telephone support and crisis support session.
For survivors who need support they can phone 01382 201291 or email email@example.com and leave their name and contact details. We will get back to them within 5 working days.
Survivors who want to talk to someone can access the Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline between 6pm-12am on 08088 01 03 02.
Recently been raped or sexually assaulted or need support to report
For survivors who have been recently raped or sexually assaulted and / or are considering reporting to the police they can phone our advocacy team on 01382 205556 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and they can be referred for immediate support.
