Dundee and Angus Young Survivors
We support survivors of all genders aged 11 to 18.
Self-referral to a SARCS (Sexual Assault Response Coordination Service) If you’ve recently been raped or sexually assaulted, it’s understandable if you don’t know what to do or where to turn. SARCS is a dedicated NHS service which can offer healthcare and support in the days after an assault, if you are not ready to tell the police or are unsure if you want to report to police.
We've changed the way we offer support which has seen a significant reduction in waiting times. This was more than one year until recently. "Survivors really like being supported over the phone, video or online" - they tell WRASAC Dundee and Angus.
In addition to continuing our direct support with online and phone contact, WRASAC has been making a difference to survivors with groups, workshops and activities online.
We support survivors of all genders aged 11 to 18.
