If you have experienced rape, sexual abuse or feel you are being or have been sexually exploited and are looking for support contact our helpline number 0300 365 2001 on Mon & Fri 10am – 12pm and Wednesday 2pm - 4pm, or if it is after 6pm and you need support you can contact the Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline Number: 08088 01 03 02.
During helpline opening hours you are guaranteed to be able to speak to a trained support worker. If you leave a message outwith these times then someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that for training and quality purposes calls may be observed by trainee support workers or other experienced support staff.

Workers from other agencies can refer women, including trans women, to our service with the woman’s permission.
