Women’s Sexual Violence Support & Trauma Worker - 35 hours

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled professional to join our team as a Women’s Sexual Violence and Trauma Worker. If you’re experienced in trauma-informed support and want to be part of a values-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing support to people using trauma informed support skills and have a sound knowledge of the impact of rape, sexual abuse and exploitation on survivors.

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), fixed term up until March 2026 (potential for extension based on funding through Delivery Equally Safe- DES)
Salary: £29,010.80 (rising to £31,123.20 after 1 year probation period)
Location: Dundee Office- with potential outreach across both Dundee & Angus

Interviews: Thursday 24th July 2025 with location to be confirmed. We would prefer to have face to face interviews, but we want to make them accessible for everyone so please let us know if you have any additional needs or considerations we may need to think about in your application
